Upload & Process: Click Browse Files to queue photos/scans, then click Process Logbook Pages.
Download Your CSV Files:
📄 Download Paper Order Preview (.csv): Generates a spreadsheet structured line-by-line in the exact sequence of your paper logbook. Use this to quickly spot-check extracted entries, math, and layout directly against your physical pages.
✈️ Download ForeFlight Logbook (.csv): Generates a fully formatted, import-ready file mapped directly to ForeFlight’s template standards (including aircraft profiles, flight times, landings, and approaches).
💡 Pro Tip on Dates: It is best practice to write the 2-digit year (e.g., "26") on the paper page before taking photos, minimzes manual corrections in the CSV; if left blank, LogElite will automatically apply your configured Default Year.
⚠️ Crucial Step: Review Before Importing!
Always open your generated ForeFlight CSV in Excel or Numbers to verify:
Landings: Day vs. Night tallies.
Approaches & Routes: Correct airport identifiers and instrument approaches.
Make any necessary manual corrections, save the file, and upload it into ForeFlight (via ForeFlight Web → Logbook → Import).
